PROACTIVE AV INTRODUCES PROPOINTS LOYALTY CARD FOR EDUCATION CUSTOMERS

Leading specialists in audio visual solutions, Proactive AV are pleased to announce the introduction of
their first true loyalty card scheme for education customers. The scheme, named, ProPoints works in a
similar way to all major high street store loyalty cards.

ProAV
Proactive AV have always provided their customers with a first class service; in fact customer service is
at the heart of the business. Chris Birks, the founder, made the decision to not be a ‘me too’ reseller
when he set up the business thirteen years ago. As the years have progressed the company has striven
to be continually different and to be one step ahead by providing the most up to date technology at
the right price with a top class after sales service.

Supporting this philosophy Proactive AV have recently introduced the ProPoints loyalty card which
enables schools to earn points before they even make a purchase; such as signing up to the scheme
and connecting with Proactive on social media. Making a purchase earns more points and completing
post purchase surveys even more points.

Amongst other things ProPoints can be redeemed for Compliments Vouchers which can be used in over
130 high street stores or put towards school days out. School budgets always being tight, Proactive
believed that shopping and days out vouchers may help some way with the schools purchasing or
children’s activities. Other ways of redeeming ProPoints are through onsite training, classroom system
checks or a donation to Children In Need.

Managing Director, Chris Birks, said “We started our business in 2004 and since that time, we have
installed thousands of audio visual solutions into educational establishments. My philosophy has
always been to provide our customers with the greatest possible service and technical backup so that
they get the best out of their equipment and that they make the very most of their tight budgets. The
introduction of ProPoints is another way of us helping our customers by saying thank you for their
business by providing them different ways to shop, support towards days out, training to make the
most of their equipment, systems checks so that they can plan when to replace equipment or with a
way to donate to Children in Need.”

There are hundreds of companies providing cheap audio visual solutions, installed by sub-contractors
with no training or service backup. Proactive customers benefit from their employees’ expertise from
pre-sales demonstrators, to knowledgeable Account Managers, to DBS approved engineers and training
and support staff.

Interactive whiteboards have progressed in to interactive touchscreens and Proactive AV provides the
four major brand names, Clevertouch, Promethean, BenQ and SMART. Their technical experts keep up
to date with product development so that they are able to advise and recommend the right product for
the right situation.

Touchscreens are not the only product in the Proactive AV arsenal; the company also provides audio
visual solutions in school halls, lecture rooms and auditoriums varying from a ‘projector and screen’
solution to huge video walls. Digital signage is also available which displays electronic messages around
the school site.
