Lettuce Bake – Veggie, Low Carb, Low Calorie & Gluten Free!

Lettuce Bake

3 little gem lettuces
1 bunch spring onions
200g cottage cheese 3 eggs seasoning to taste
Halve lettuces and chop onions then fry together for 5 mins.

Place onions and halved lettuces in a dish and cover with egg and cottage cheese mixture. Bake at 180 for 35mins.
