We’re now in the final countdown to the Great Thrapston Wedding Challenge and if you see the main post on the section of Nene Local you can view all the links to some fabulous Thrapston businesses.
This week I went to Jollys Toys & Games on the High Street. We have a little flower girl called Lily who is 7 plus another guest called Daisy who will be 10, and I wanted to ensure they weren’t bored when the adults were all chatting, so I went to see Mrs Jolly!
I explained to Charlotte (aka Mrs Jolly) what age the girls were, what their interests were; puppies, fashion, wildlife and chickens! We discussed a budget and I left her to work her magic.
A week later I had a call to say two goodie bags were ready for collection. They are both elegantly wrapped and individually named and tailored to the girls age and interests. Charlotte has put so much effort into decorating them, wrapping with ribbons and adding diamante sparkles to the labels – they look amazing!
My only problem is, I think all the adults will want one too!
